In one word - Anyone.

Get it in your head that you do not need a course or certificates to be a "journalist". What you need is the desire to report what you consider to be news worthy and a mechanism to broadcast it to the community. Courses and lessons may make you a better journalist.....but not "a" journalist. Do I really need to go any further on this topic.....
