It is amazing how one item can shut down an activity with no recourse. Such is the case with batteries.....yes batteries!

This actually happened to me when I was photographing the street people in December. I drove downtown and pulled out my camera to snap a photo and.....nothing.....a dead battery! I had to drive all the way back home (it was the middle of the night) and thankfully I had a spare battery! I learned my lesson and buy batteries well before they are needed.

Just a word to the wise.
