The new Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act

We will now formally transition to the new Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act. All not-for-profit corporations must transition to the new act or be dissolved by October 17, 2014. The revised bylaws and such are very similar with the new act and will be voted on at our Annual General Meeting being held on February 12, 2014 in Toronto, Canada. Voting can be done electronically by reviewing the material when available.
