IAIJ Is Finally Incorporated!!!!!

Yes it is true! That is me above.....holding the "articles of incorporation" for the International Archiving Of Independent Journalists Inc.. Here is the definitive proof:

Authorizing Letter

As I retain the designation of "incorporator"; I will move without hesitation to to set up the pragmatic elements of the corporation as fast as possible. I am placing several hundred dollars designated as "petty cash" and have secured a 12,000 dollar line of credit. I have a designated lawyer who will handle any business that may arise from IAIJ activities and will advise on the status of how the "books" of the corporation will be maintained and by who.

A general share holders meeting must be held within 18 months; but I will instead publish a resolution as I am the sole owner of the shares in the corporation. In this resolution will be the most important contribution I will make to the IAIJ - the bylaws and structure of operations that will govern the corporation. I will also review the current manpower needs of IAIJ and begin the process of electing directors and officers of this corporation.
