The International Association Of Independent Journalists is in the process of being incorporated. The association will be located in Ontario, Canada under Ontario Law. The legal entity wil be: Not-for-profit corporation. The association has already asked and accepted the requests for a board of directors (names available upon completion of the incorporating process). The process is ongoing.....

After some consultation; I have decided to take the association and incorporate it nationally and not at the provincial level. The move would further consolidate the name and give the association more credibility. International incorporation is possible (out of Delaware in the States); but I don't want to go that far; Canada has a stellar association and I think it will stand us in the best possible position.
