2010 IAIJ General Meeting!

The International Association Of Independent Journalists Inc. held it's Annual General Meeting today: January 31, 2010 and what follows are some of the key points at the meeting:
1. Dave Getchell will pick the reader program for the newsletter of the association.
2. By majority vote, for the name of the newsletter to be called the "IAIJ Reporter."
3. Membership is now at 152 members.
4. The date of the next general meeting will be January 27, 2010.
5. By majority vote, that the diploma program continue with the practical program emphasis.
6. Office documents will now be prepared on Windows Office 2007 as the standard platform.
7. The newsletter and format of the newspaper will be prepared on QuarkXPress as the standard platform.
There were also a few issues voted upon that will be kept from general display.
